I am a spinner, spinning teacher, writer, and course creator. I have written several articles for magazines like Spin-Off and PLY and am the co-author of Sara J Wolf’s book Knit (Spin) Sweden! My knowledge of wool comes straight from the source—from the raw fleece itself. With my hands in the wool and by writing about spinning, I understand the process and deepen my connection to the wool. I have taught over 300 hours in face-to-face courses and over 2,000 students online. As a spinning teacher and course creator, I have collected a bank of experiences and common challenges for spinners and brought it back into teaching and writing. My main focus is spindle spinning and the process from raw fleece to a finished yarn or textile. I live in Stockholm, Sweden with my family. I garden, am a trained gym instructor, and enjoy daily baths all year round in my nearby lake.
